Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition (this does not include ‘made to order’ or damaged pieces). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible—I want you to be happy with your jewellery, so I will do the best I can to help.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Sizing

Because I work with delicate materials such as ceramics I am unable to resize rings so please make sure you have the correct size when ordering.

If you’re unsure of your ring size, I recommend visiting a local jewellery store for sizing. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer from my website under ‘Ring Sizer’ or from other retailers like Amazon or eBay (Multisizer is the brand I recommend).

Shipping

Made-to-order items: Processing time is 4-6 weeks before shipping (This depends on how many orders I have)

Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Processing and shipping times vary by item, so please read product descriptions carefully.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties or VAT upon delivery, depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you’ve entered the wrong address at checkout, I’ll do my best to correct it. However, if the order has already been packed and shipped, I won’t be able to make any changes, and the buyer will be responsible for any issues caused by the incorrect address.

Repairs

Repairs are taken on case by case. If for some reason a piece you've purchased from me needs a repair, I will do my best to work with you depending on the severity of the case.

I do not repair jewellery that was not made by me.

Each piece is handmade so you may notice small imperfections, these are part of its charm and a reminder of the care and craftsmanship that went into making it.
